  1. How’s it going? I liked the look of Fabtech. It’s good to see up & coming apprentices with the heart & Skill for hardwork. Good to see Lincoln in action. They are My absolute Favourite Welding Company. No question is to hard for them to answer. No person is too small to get first class service. Treat People as You want to be treated. As Jim Lincoln said. A couple of videos ago Glenn asked about the Stilo Tungsten Sharpener. I just received my purchase of two of these. Made in Italy. It turns out they are not a Tungsten Sharpener at all. They are a Tungsten Electrode Holder for Sharpening. Similar to a soap stone or engineering chalk holder. You put Your Tungsten Rod in this holder to sharpen. Similar to a Parker Pen without the ink or ball point. Thanks mate. Dan

  2. For a while there Jodi I was wondering “how the hell is he going to make these things into bookends” (!) but now… knowing what it’ll look like in the end… I like it! Nice work!

  3. Have you used a motorized rotator to turn the pipe as you weld it and what is your take on something like that?

    Thanks

  4. Great video.

If you do a lot of pipework that uses a lot of odd sized nipples, you can keep a group of what I call instant wrap arounds made of the same sized pipe out of thinwall PVC sliced on one side. That way, you just snap them onto the pipe, which is useful if you have to make a lot of cuts. You just slide it down the pipe to each mark. When you are done, the little pvc pieces just snap together as a group, say from 3/4″ on up. I make each one about 2″ long.

  5. Beautiful job Jodie!!
