Now, I was not sure of what type of metal to use. Cast iron would be hard. haha No clue where I would get it AND I am teaching myself to weld.
Steel would work. But, it just seems kind of wimpy to me. Stainless may be good. But, I dig the metal your using. I do believe my younger brother and sheets of this over my grandparents house. Now, I can’t just take it, on a count of he would shank me. But, I can ask him if I could use some. If not, I am sure i can find it some place.
I have poster board. I always use to to make a model of what I want to weld. I have pieces cut to make the thing two foot by two foot. The one in the video seems bigger. Perhaps I will make mine like four by four.
