Arc Welding Project using an Everlast Powerpro 256 multiprocess combo welder.

I usually use the powerpro 256 as tig welder but today, needed to do some stick welding to cover up some bad tack welds.

  1. Great job, I’m really enjoying watching your welding videos.
    How did you not get any warping on those plates after welding? Anytime I weld a post to base with over hang the base warps, yet this doesn’t appear to happen on the job you did above. I thought some warpage was inevitable without clamping the plate to something rigid or doing the welding in small sections and allowing cooling between runs.
