We have compiled a list of Frequently Asked Questions, and answers that may help you more quickly than we could via email.
We hope this helps, and thank you so much for your support.
Q: “The form won’t let me check out. Am I doing something wrong?”
A: Maybe. We use some pretty stellar services for checkout, because we believe you really deserve an easy process. (I mean, come on – you’re keeping the lights on around here.) However, should you have a problem that persists, try these steps:
- Make sure all of your info in every info slot is absolutely correct. It can be easy to make a typo.
- Click your browser’s “back button”, then click one of our “Proceed to Checkout” icons. Try checking out again.
- If you don’t mind using PayPal, try checking out that way.
- Try clearing your cache or resetting your browser, and then try checking out once more.
- If you’re still having trouble, fill in a short contact form at the Contact Us page. We’ll make it work.
Q: “I want to buy more than one item. How do I get another into my cart?”
A. No problem. We use 2 different carts for our physical and digital products. With either cart, if you click outside of the cart window, the cart will disappear and you can keep on shopping. You could also click the black “x” at the top right of the digital product cart window, or “Continue Shopping” in the physical product cart window. (*You can also change quantities in the physical product cart – just remember to click “update” to reflect your changes.*)
And… WOW. Thanks for buying more than one product. We appreciate that more than you know.
Q: “How long do orders take to ship internationally?”
A: That Depends. USPS quotes a delivery of 2-3 weeks for USPS First Class International Mail, and 5-7 days for Priority International Mail. A few orders have taken less time, and a few have taken more. Take our word for it – we do our absolute best to ship orders the next business day, and sometimes even faster. We’re very good about sending tracking numbers to you, so you can have the most up-to-date information on the status of your shipment.
*Note: USPS tracking numbers only show the last place a package was scanned in the USA.
Q: “My downloaded video won’t play. How can I make it work?”
A: QuickTime or VLC Media Players. They’re both free. We more highly recommend QuickTime, because it’s developed by Apple and it’s really slick, but VLC is also great because it will play anything. Either way, it’s hard to complain when you ain’t payin’ a dime.
