Hey Jody, Love the videos. Just a word of caution with your wiring, I don’t know about the regulations in the America but where I live any appliance with a metal body requires and earth wire. If you don’t use one your safety switch might not trip in the case of a short.

hi jody i used to live in cartersville this is what inspired me to watch welding tips n tricks .com not only that your one hell of a welder now my question is my son had an accident on his motor cycle just over a year ago and the impact hitting the car broke the top engine mounting at the back of the engine out completely and i’m told that cast aluminium is very hard to weld could you tell me or perhaps show in one of your vids excatly how you would go about welding it back in place while the engine is still built up if you could please thanx Bill ps i bought a tig welder and aint used it yet but i hope at least some of my tig welding looks as good as yours thnx for your weekly vids i watch every one
