This is part 2 of building an open concept welding cart….if you missed part one click here
In this video I tig welded some brackets that will hold the gas cylinder on the back, tig welded zinc coated casters, added runners for decking, and tig welded the handles that will serve as cable hangers.
Also added the back axles and wheels…all that remains is cutting some aluminum tread plate and painting it Red.

I forgot to add that mine is the saw that looks like a “circular saw”. I thought it would provide me with more versatility.

I have a Milwaukee variable speed saw and it is great, a little heavy but seems built very well. So far it has gone through every thing easily and as straight as I could manage. It makes very clean cut and collects about 70% of the cuttings in a built in trap.
The 1st I bought on eBay used which was supposed to be fine. When I got it the variable speed control was faulty causing it to pulse when running. I did get my money back. The next one, brand NEW, was bought locally and worked fine from the start.
