I had a chance to visit JD Brewer – the owner and operator of Apex Welding Services.
JD uses the Lincoln Powermig 210mp a lot for pipe welding as well as for general fabrication.
JD does work for local industries and is currently working on a project involving injection molding machines that make plastic containers. The pipe welded in this video will be used to supply those machines with compressed air.

I have a 210mp and I would like to see the setting on the welder, i.e. positive, negative, gas pressure, the full Lincoln 210mp setup for duel shield would help…

I’ve done this type of welding years ago but you guys make it look so simple. A sign of a true professional. Well done!
Thanks

Thanks JD for the help today. It was awesome. They use a lot of dual shield at my work but mostly on heavy equipment. I bought a MP 210 about a year ago but haven’t tried it with dual shield. Next on the list!
