Cold you do a video welding with flux core duo on a 3/8 carbon steel plate, open root 1/8 gap an 0.45 wire in 3g and 4g. And all so with 7018 1/8 rad with a three beads cap in boat process. Thank you very much.
If you get the opportunity while playing with the Power MIG 350MP, I would love to see comparisons of pulsed MIG vs short circuit vs spray transfer and such. I realize the audience is a little limited for pulsed MIG machines, but I am interested if the benefits justify the cost of the machine. I view the biggest benefit of pulsed being the penetration of spray transfer with the ability to weld in all positions like short circuit. On the far other end of the spectrum, I am interested if pulsed gives a benefit on very thin metals as well, such as auto body thickness steels.
