Mig Welding a Bumper – 115v Mig Welder

   Hello Jody,
   Just watched the excellent Bumper video. Am I missing something or is the receiver tube in backwards? I never seen a hitch set-up where the holes for the locking pin were on the underside (inside) of the Bumper.
   Just wondering.

   Another good video. Always appreciate no matter tig, mig or stick. Assembly and fabrication are always a treat always a tip there. Better than I ever was thanks to you. I support this site when I can.
