  1. Hello Jody,
I have a few questions for you. How do you extend your tungsten electrodes so far out of the cup without having problem of oxidation? Is it a matter of a larger gas lens/cup arrangement with extremely high gas flow? I’ve tried this and cannot make it happen.

    Sincerely,

    Curt Haddox

  2. Jody,
I believe these parts are pressure molded with a mixture of zinc, aluminum, and maybe some tin. Nasty stuff to tig.
I appreciate any replies to this problem.

    Thanks,
    Gary
