I stumbled on this YouTube video the other day, and toward the end it describes the Inverter Operation. While not directly addressing your video, I now further understand the difference between transformer and inverter operation.

What was the setting for AC balance Roy was using? I have been doing the same weld on my inverter and I get way too much frost on both sides.
