This is a continuation of a video I made a few months ago when I used a slide hammer puller to pull a hardened steel dowel pin out of a block of aluminum.
The pressed in pin had been drilled down about 3/8″ deep before the pin became so hard that the drill would not cut it anymore.
Thats when the machinist turns to the welder for help.
No prob.
I Sharpened an electrode and extended it about 1/2″ and used a gas lens to shield better with the electrode extended.
I just used e70s2 mild steel tig rod but 309 would have worked also…I just used the cheap stuff because I had a pretty good idea it would snatch out easily using the slide hammer puller.
I was right.
After putting a mushroom shaped head that I could grab with the vise grips, I clamped to it, and after a few snatches, it surrendered.
A slide hammer puller like this is extremely handy not only for pulling out pressed in pins, but also for pulling dents out of auto body panels using a stud welder….as well as all kinds of other things that need pulling.
It is important to align the center of the jaws with the shaft to avoid twisting or torquing that sometimes breaks the pin or stud you are pulling. I went to a bit of trouble to make sure the jaws were aligned by laying the parts on the table and marking a cut angle so that would be a straight puller.

The best way to avoid a psychological breakdown after experiencing or having to deal with infidelity is to make sure you are not just assuming your partner is cheating, don’t say they are cheating until you have gathered proof of their act, confrontation without evidence is just unacceptable, i contacted CYGUCCIFERHIGH@GMAIL.COM when i was in the eye of the storm with my now Ex wife, i saw all her mails, whatsapp messages, kik and even pictures she exchanged with her lover, but it was easier at the end really, having proof helps a lot.

They are all scammers, they will make you pay after which they will give you an excuse asking you to pay more money, they have ripped me of $2000, i promised i was going to expose them. I figured it all out when my colleague took me to Pavel  CYGUCCIFERHIGH@GMAIL.COM He did perfect job, he hacks all accounts ranging from (Emails, Facebook, whatsapp, imo, skype, instagram, Phone cloning, DMV removal, tracking locations, background checks Kik etc. he also hacks cell phones, cell phone tapping and cloning, clears bad driving and criminal records, bank transfers, locates missing individuals e.t.c. You should contact him and please stop using contacts you see on websites to execute jobs for you, you can ask around to find a real hacker.Â

Good job on your new video site. I weld in Afghanistan and tell a lot of wanna be’s to get to your website. I’m an old welder but always learn/remember some of your ideas. No fancy equipment or table over here though.
