This is the final video in the series on tig welding an aluminum intake manifold.
1. I had to get a simple fixture to locate the fuel injector bungs so that they would fit to the fuel rail.
2. its handy to have a few drill press vises to hold odd shaped parts.
3. if you have a gap in aluminum sheet, sometimes it helps to do a cold pass and follow it up with a penetration pass.
Taking a quick look at Lincoln's Square Wave TIG 200, so I'm gonna start with some thin steel and aluminum.
